ABOUT TCJ Motivations, Inc.
TCJ Motivations, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 organization that was founded in 2009 on the campus of Winston-Salem State University as the founder, Theo A. Chunn Jr., proposed his platform for his reign as Mister Winston-Salem State University 2008-2009. Chunn's platform was entitled: "Equipping men of color with Academic Excellence and Leadership Development Beyond the Classroom. The organization was and is centered on building males of color; self-confidence, leadership, and awareness for academic and personal success. Today TCJ Motivations, Inc. has touched the lives of over 3,000 young men since its opening through Free Leadership academies, workshops, and motivational speaking engagements.

TCJ Motivations, Inc. is to motivate, share and demonstrate the fundamental principles of manhood to young men nationally, allowing them to achieve their dreams and become strong, educated, responsible, and productive citizens.

To be the motivational headquarters that trains and prepares men to become responsible, dedicated citizens and scholars who make a difference in the world.
Meet Theo
Entrepreneur, Husband, Father, and motivational speaker
Theodis (Theo) Chunn Jr. is a native of Salisbury, NC. He earned a bachelor's of arts degree in Mass Communications from Winston-Salem State University and a Master's of Science in Higher Education from Walden University. Chunn lives with the passion to motivate youth and professionals to be powerful and productive citizens. It is his desire to encourage others to have a meaningful impact on how they perform academically, socially, and professionally. Chunn has been a motivational speaker since 2007. In 2009, Chunn expanded his vision by creating TCJ Motivations, Inc. Through his non-profit, he has motivated professional organizations, collegiate and high school students around the country. Theo is an award-winning author of the book entitled "The Power in Your Posture".

Theo is married to the beautiful Evelyn Michelle; they both have two beautiful daughters, Gracelynn Elizabeth, and Savannah Michelle, and one handsome son Theodis "Trey" Chunn III. Chunn lives and walks by the words of Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.; "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
