As Founder and President of TCJ Motivations, Inc., he has spent over a decade equipping emerging leaders with the tools to build authentic personal brands, master communication, and cultivate professional excellence.

With a background in higher education and leadership development, Theodis brings deep expertise in mentoring students and professionals alike. His work centers on aligning purpose with performance—helping individuals reconnect with their “why” while navigating today’s dynamic professional landscape.
